Pacers' Domantas Sabonis Traded to Kings
Haliburton, Holmes, Hield head to Indiana in six-player deal
Trade finalized ahead of NBA trade deadline.
LOS ANGELES - The Indiana Pacers have traded All-Star forward Domantas Sabonis to the Sacramento Kings in exchange for guard Tyrese Haliburton, center Richaun Holmes, and guard Buddy Hield, the teams announced Tuesday.
The Pacers also sent Jeremy Lamb, Justin Holiday and a 2023 second-round pick to the Kings in the deal, which was finalized ahead of the NBA's trade deadline.
Sabonis, a two-time All-Star average 18.9 points, 12.1 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game for the Pacers this season. He is also one of the league's best passers from the post.
Haliburton, 22, is averaging 14.3 points, 7.4 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game for the Kings this season.
