Wolves can secure survival in the Premier League when they travel to champions Manchester City on the last day of the season. Bruno Lage's side are 15th in the table, four points above the drop zone, going into Sunday's encounter at the Etihad Stadium. Wolves beat Manchester City 2-1 at Molineux in December, but the Cityzens have won the last 20 games since then.

City will be crowned champions for the fourth time in five seasons if they avoid defeat on Sunday. Pep Guardiola's side have been in impressive form since the setback at Wolves and have won 20 consecutive matches in all competitions. They have also scored at least three goals in each of their last eight matches, including a 5-1 win over Watford last time out.
Wolves have lost four of their last five matches and will be up against it when they travel to the Etihad Stadium. However, they have nothing to lose and will be hoping to cause an upset and secure their Premier League status.
