Borussia Dortmund continued their perfect start to the Bundesliga season with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over RB Leipzig on Saturday. The visitors took the lead through Karim Adeyemi in the 28th minute, but Leipzig equalized just before half-time through Nkunku. Anthony Modeste scored a late winner for Dortmund in the 89th minute to secure all three points.

The win sees Dortmund move up to second place in the Bundesliga table, level on points with leaders Bayern Munich. Leipzig remain in fifth place.

"It was a very important win for us," said Dortmund coach Edin Terzic. "We showed great character and determination to come back after conceding a goal. We deserved to win the game in the end."

Dortmund will be back in action on Tuesday when they host Manchester City in the Champions League.
